The location was excellent. I found it very convenient to access many areas. My room was clean and well kept, and i appreciated the available amenities. the staff was very friendly and helpful .

I found the location quiet. This contributed to restful nights! The staff were consistently helpful and polite! They assisted guests with a professional demeanor. The room was clean and organized. It provided a functional space. Items were arranged neatly, and this contributed to the room's overall orderliness.
The air conditioning didn't work in my room. It was humid and dark. The room was also quite small and looked onto an internal light shaft with some rubbish inside.

The location is amazing. A food market is just opposite the hotel. A tram stop is conveniently located in front of the building. The staff was helpful and accommodating.
One minor issue was the room's size. It felt a bit small compared to what I expected (but I quickly got over it!).
